By booking a service with Yes We Go Europe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2.1 Booking Process: Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.2 Pricing: Prices are quoted in advance and are fixed for the agreed route. Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond the complimentary period, route changes, or additional stops requested after booking.
2.3 Payment: Payment is required as agreed during booking. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and corporate accounts. Payment terms for corporate clients can be arranged separately.

3.2 Cancellation by Yes We Go Europe: In the rare event we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or alternative arrangement at no additional cost.
4.1 Punctuality: We strive to arrive on time for all pickups. However, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or flight delays.
4.2 Vehicle Condition: All vehicles are maintained to high standards. If you have concerns about vehicle condition, please inform us immediately.
4.3 Chauffeur Conduct: Our chauffeurs are professional, licensed, and trained. Any concerns should be reported immediately.
6.1 Insurance: All vehicles are fully insured as required by law. Our insurance covers passengers and third parties during the service.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including missed flights or appointments.
6.3 Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost or damaged items left in vehicles.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or severe weather conditions.
If you have a complaint, please contact us within 48 hours of the service. We will investigate and respond promptly. For unresolved disputes, French law applies, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated to clients.
